For $16 per month (including GST), you can ask a question, upload a photo and get professional medical advice all from the comfort of your own phone.

Our doctors offer on-demand consultations from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday AEST. You can initiate conversations 24/7, knowing your queries will be answered when a doctor is back online.

All our doctors are registered with the Australian Medical Board and are members of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Doctor profiles can be viewed in the Settings section of the Asasha app.

You can chat to our doctors^ about a wide range of issues including:
• repeat prescriptions*
• contraception
• eczema, acne or other skin conditions
• medical certificate
• anxiety or depression
• healthy living advice

Asasha isn’t suitable for emergency situations or life threatening conditions, or any condition which requires a physical examination or active intervention. Asasha does not support referrals to specialists or for diagnostic testing.

The service is only available in NSW at the moment. If you’re not in NSW, stay tuned.

^ Asasha connects you to doctors via an instant messenger service and does not offer video consultations or customer initiated telephone consultations. Our doctors will call you if required.
*Asasha does not allow for prescription of drugs of addiction, Schedule 4D-listed medications nor those listed on Schedule 8 of the Poisons Standard 2013 (Cth) (for example many strong pain medications and sleeping medications).
